I went ahead and introduced the second member of Tobias's Squad, Allelujah Haptism.

Yes, you can have a personal one, but the mission calls for a transport VTOL. You need to take weapons and motorbikes/hovor Bikes (Depends on which you prefer) for transport that makes hiding easier.
