hey, I'm agree with all Neliel already said. I'd only add you should use Tyranitar with 100 Evs on Speed, to outspeed some fast version of Jellicent and to smash them before they Will-O-Wisp you and as well to outspeed Skarmory and 2HKO it with Stone Edge (use it with 252 EVs in Atk, it's just better imo on CB TTar as yours...), that's all i guess, gl
Hey, your team isnt really that different from whats used today; to me you can just put Surf over refresh on latias which seems an odd move, then replace scarf rotom-w with scarf keldeo which is way better with cbtar than rotom-w. Also you probably want to use special defensive celebi and offensive pivot landorus-t with stealth over your scarf lando. If you do those changes you will be prepared with the current mg more or less. sorry for the poor explanations but you know 9.9

maybe you should try the lower tiers; I don't battle anymore but I've been doing many GP checks lately and have found the lower tiers analysis really interesting.
