Hmm, glad to see that you're back! It's been a while. :)
Just some advice, I'd recommend staying with this idea longer than your last one. Even if there's a slight wave of inactivity, just put things on hold and people will become active again. (If you don't believe me, just look at Free RPG.)
Okay then, now for me to make a character, and hopefully not inadvertently screwing myself over with the copyright. :P
