The God of Chaos blames his randomness on the fact that he only has TWO MORE DAYS TILL SUMMER VACATION. (I feel more excited for some reason this year... Maybe it's because I have more time to write my book :3)
Change your pokes??? IMPOSSIBLE!!!! though you can catch new ones (or do what KS did and introduce a trade with a PC or NPC) But you cant just switch your pokemon without somehow changing them in the RPG. So Petilil and Shellder have to stay on your team for now
