I fail to see how a WAR FOR ALL OF HOENN doesn't involve action, emotion, or Pokemon, but I digress.
I would think for the two teams to be at war, we would have already been established. Origin stories can come in later.
To be honest, I didn't feel there was enough of a story in the old one until after the whole RP tourney was done, which would've taken a while. At least Chaos in Hoenn dropped you into a story of a fight already underway.
I'll see what I can come up with. Given that this will be taking place after all the mess in Hoenn, I need to figure out where the remaining Rocket strongholds would be.
Well, I was actually considering setting up some RP Aero vs. Rocket war once Chaos in Hoenn wrapped up.
