Well as of now (since my favorite general Pokemon changes a lot) it is Breloom.

Well you haveto take into account that I am a strategy kind of guy, not an arcade guy. Also I am a turn based strategy guy, not real time strategy. Given those parameters, I would give it a 4 out of 5 with 5 being the best.
