Anytime =D. Slugma/Magcargo actually have some really useful in-game moves
WATCH OUT FOR HIS PIGEOTTO!!! It is deceptively bulky for this point in the game. Also, grab a Slugma egg, it may prove useful. Use this website to get the codes for it. (Talk to Primo in the Violet City Pokemon Center to get the egg)
Buterfree is awesome in-game! Stun Spore+Sleep Powder = Amazingness!
That stinks, Golem is a useful Pokemon. Pretty bulky by in-game standards
VICTORY!!!!!!!! My plan worked to perfection! Got to +3 on Slugma, cured my poison status as she used Light Screen, and proceeded to sweep OHKOing Slumga and Camerupt, 2HKOing Torkoal who only managed to get off one Body Slam (which I was afraid of getting a Paralysis)
My plan was too Bulk Up on her Slugma with my Combusken, destroy he Camerupt with a +2(3?) Double Kick, and then follow through with the same tactic on Torkoal
My reconstructed team in my Emerald Nuzlocke:
Tonytony the Machoke, lvl 28
Troll the Vigoroth, lvl 27
Ragnarok the Combusken, lvl 32

Well you are going down Route 4. Route 2 takes you back to the Umbra Forest and Amber Town.
Route 4 has things like Ekans, Spearrow, Pidgey, maybe a Vulpix if you are really lucky, etc.

Cyndaquil is a good Pokemon. He evolves soon and gets good moves. Though he does lack the bulk of Totadile. (and the utility in the forms of Waterfall and Surf)

Camerupt may learn good moves, but it is slow and rather frail.
