    No, I would deffinately reccomend passing up RNGing Gyarados because its extremely hard without an emulator or w.e else those hackers use
    Since gyara itself is a moving NPC and it isnt the regular mthod K/1/J etc poke its a pokemon that is produced by the chained shiny method =/
    So I would say keep playing untill you get to Ho-Oh :x

    And yea always check enteis method 1 frame to see if you got it :)

    Well I dont know, because you have to check Enteis IV's with the Method 1 Frame... Since it is Method 1

    Idk your seed... if thats the IV's that you will get 5 frames above your raikous target on method 1 then yes

    You should be matching Enteis IV's up with the IV's of method 1
    And if Enteis Method 1 frmae is 5 more then the target frame for raikou then you got it :)
