I wouldn't worry about Omanyte. It's not even common and can be killed by Hidden Power Fighting from Haunter. Actually, any special attack can usually kill it.
Btw, be careful when your opponent brings in Samurott. Most likely it will be running a special set, especially SubSalac. Make sure to keep Cacturne alive if you see one!
Your not very weak to Fighting. Probopass will help you against birds, which looks like they will cause you problems.
