I'm not saying every RMT is that good -- if you change 3 Pokemon on someone's team, often, the purpose of the team is lost. If you really need to change 3 Pokemon, the team is often not worth rating, and the user should be referred to Battling 101, tbh.
Basically my message wasn't telling people to change 1 move and 1 EV spread, it was meant to make people more aware of things -- looking at it any other way would be twisting the meaning. Try and make the team as efficient as possible without making unnecessary changes. If it needs to change 3 Pokemon, then go ahead and tell them that. However, this usually just means you're rating a bad team, and because you're changing both the purpose of the team, as well as half the team itself, is more of a build-me-a-better-team than a rate-my-team.
