in fact, its actually done pretty well for me, with max hp and attack and eviolite, riolu can shrug off some weaker hits and use drain punch+copycat to get it all back
combine that with the roar shnenanigans and its pretty cool.
PS bulk up riolu in LC y/n

you have priority boosting, and you have double BP on your moves, along with possible priority if you need it with copycat
