Wonderguard Balloon Pikachu. But yeah, I've been trying to get to 49 for a while, but usually I get beaten by something haxy around 39.
I thought maybe it was releasing along with the pinch berries in B2W2. At least I can use it on the Battle Subway!
Turns out Custap isn't released yet, and I can't use it on GBU. Oh well :)

awesome :D i dont really have anyone to battle so i can only do it online it be great to battle someone else for a change.. and im sorta bad right now at competitive battles because the people i do battle dont allow OU legendaries and stuff so i need to work on teams but ask me when your good for a battle
