BA, a thought just came into my head. Next week, Black and White 2 will be released, so many players (like me) will be playing it. For me, I will be taking a leave in order to beat the game and transfer all my Pokemon from Black to White 2. Is that okay?

Will the Snivy have the EVs when it hatches?
Could you make the Snivy an egg, in that case? I want it to basically replace my starter on W2, and I don't want to have to suffer the consequences of having a pokemon that doesn't belong to me in the early game stages (plus, it isn't as fun when your pokemon are an insanely high level by the end due to the experience boost :P).
Is it possible to create eggs via pokesav?
