Dusk, Quick, and Net will CAPTURE THOSE TWO, EVEN AT FULL HP. The first place that offers these Pokeballs is Driftveil City, so the process of transferring may actually be faster than thought. It also helps that you can transfer Pokemon not in the new Unova Dex as well.
