Voting usually consists of the Senate and a rotating council, detailed here. There are a few ways to get on the rotating council, which contains 6 spots:
1. Win the RU Awards
2. Be #1 on the ladder at 11:59 pm EST on November 11th (when the round ends)
3. One for IRC discussion in #rarelyused
4. One for making good forum posts and contributions
5. misc, usually a combination of the above criteria (high on the ladder, being on irc, and forum posting)
6. usually also misc, but Pocket has this spot for winning the RU Awards last round
So yea there are 5 spots open and if you're good at the tier (which really isn't hard xD) you'll probably get on!

Hey man ur my tutor for BW2 ou :). I'm basically on everyday and during week days im available 5pm-9pm gmt -5 and pratically all day on the weekends. So I guess we can start tomorrow if you are free. Whenever your free I'm willing to be tutored (not today though xd)
