    You know, I don't know why anyone has created a CAP Little Cup tier, and another tier for the middle evolutions.

    yeah, probably not dude. sorry. Im just losing interest in...well...alot of things lately. While ive been trying to sprite lately and draw more often, i just find myself growing more and more lethargic. Im sorry i forgot to do your other sprites...sorry
