Okay, but this Cresselia never fails, a forced switch is always handy. I don't have a single grass move on my team, just strong Pokemon that can sweep.
132 HP / 4 SpDef / 120 into speed.

It's similar to Cybertron's Cress before he changed it to expert belt, but I forgot what he replaced Trick with afterwards.
Amoonguss' Spore. I have a very special Cresselia that deals with that. I have it running Specs 252 SpAtk Psyshock. That helps. Or I have Scizor bulk up with Swords Dance, while Hitmontop uses Fake Out. Then Bug Bite/Bullet Punch.

Your team should be able to deal with all of these. I recommended a fast sweeper because sometimes it's a bit hard to move before Latios. But Icy Wind usually takes care of that. Outspeeding Thundurus is also a concern.
VGCS? I'm not competing. I signed up to late. :( I've seen Gothitelle in PO, and I can easily take it down with my Scizor. A replacement would be a fast sweeper. (If you already have two sweepers, with speeds above 110, then the sweeper I'm suggesting is not needed.)
Anyway the sweeper should be able to out speed Latios. Physical or special, based on which of your mons need more physical or special support.Lol hello to you to, u weird monster ghost creeper thing, you! ^^;
