Pokesav is made on a computer and then sent to your DSI thru GTS the global trade station. If it has just legal moves and abilities, it works the same as ones caught in the game, but people get funny about using pokesav and they are not allowed in some tournaments

Hahahaha, yea, that's funny. If I had one, I'd think about it. Only dreamworld mon I have is a Bulbasaur at Lv35. No one's getting that one.
