i suggest you sign up to battling 101, it could really help you given you lack a little experience from what's seen in your posts.

And the group is just something I made for all the new people here. They seemed so lost, I figured, may as well let them have a place to talk. Though, that's not the case for EVERYONE. o3o

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website
Right below there is the line where you post the URL, btw.

Ok, for the picture,
* go to "User CP" at the top, and once you go there, look at the left side. There should be an option called "Edit Avatar". Click there.

*Once you go there, get a picture URL that you'd like. (Just Copy the picture' URL)

*Once you have your pic, you need to crop it, since the size for smogon is 150 x 150. http://www.converthub.com/resize-image/ This website is perfect for that. Post the URL on the line, then type "150" for the "New Width" and "New Height". Then type the security code, which is the numbers/letters covered up.

*Once that's done, you should have your picture ready. Go back on "Edit Avatar", and there should be a line that lets you post your pic. Delete the "hppt/www" all that stuff. Post your pic on that line, and it should be done.

Sorry, I had to find a way to explain it all, it's not as easy as it seems xd.
