Project Pu is a long going project of making an analyses for every pokemon in the Pu tier which is a tier full of Nu's rejects(anything with usage of 3.4% or less) It is our goal to make Pokemon who were once unuseable useable! Although were seriously lacking in the helpers department. But basicaly the analyses are the same as smogons except desegnated specaficly to pokemon in Pu
