Manectric over Raikou? Is it because of lightningrod and flamethrower? Manectric is very good if you're not using a weather team.
ONLY on a weather team! Hopefully rain, as it gets Weather Ball, which he can easily abuse in rain, along with thunder. Without rain, not really so much.
