Alright, I was confused because in many of my matches I have exceeded the recovery limit if Giga Drain was included. Is there a formal definition of "recovery moves", for reference?

Hmm... I was surprised about Giga Drain counting as a recover, and quite a few battle which I have seen/participated have not included Giga Drain as a recover. I'll defer to you on this, but is there a reference to Giga Drain counting as a recover?

Hey Glacier, please change fire punch to flamethrower. Even with overheat lowering the special attack, it is stronger, thanks to higher bp and metagross's lower special defense.

Also, please change the first weather ball into flamethrower just in case this fails, so we save some energy.
