You have me baffled. I am unsure how you could interpret what I have been saying like that. The Tournament has not begun. Go to the new UU Sign-Up thread and reply "In" if you would like to take part

The main server is the first one on the list...it usually has 1000+ people

1: Of course you do not have an opponent...you have not even signed up.
2: Are you unable to battle on PS Main? You will need to work this out with your opponent when the Tournament begins. I do not see your request being an issue, but still you should be able to battle on PS Main.
3: Three other people have signed up. Just reply "In" in the Arena Tournament (UU) thread.

The Tournament will be held wherever you and your opponent agree to do the battle. Showdown is preferred
