Hey Scarfty, could you add Oglemi's GP check? It's an easy thing to do and it really is a shame to have an almost finished analyses sitting idle for 11 days. Not blaming you or anything, i know it's an easy thing to forget, i am just reminding you.
Those list seems fairly accurate, except I would put milotic in #3 because its completely outclassed by slowking, who has regenerator, better ability to counter kingdra and an arguably better typing. Its also outclassed by blastoise, suicune, slowbro and several other bulky waters.
I'd also argue that electivire has gotten better in the current metagame with queen gone, but I have yet to test it in the current RU metagame.

Btw, if it isn't any trouble, could you give me list of the top ten worst pokemon in each tier (or at least UU)?
I know your going to insult me, but dusclps is actually pretty decent in the uu metagame (at least when I used it). It checks several notable threats and counters walls with the combination of curse, W-O-W and rest.
You might disagree with this as well, but it is more useful than Ambipom (I know that is old, but it is true).

Dusclops is equally strong but at least it gets Night Shade, Will-o-Wisp, and is about twice as bulky, so it sits there for longer.
Its broken in OU, so I don't know why he even is NU.
