RNG stands for Random Number Generator; the Pokemon games use a pseudo-random number generator to determine many of the events that happen within the game (Personality IDs, IVs, etc.). RNG Abuse is used in order to abuse the algorithm that the RNG uses in order to get Perfect and/or shiny pokemon.
OU, UU, RU, NU, and LC are all abbreviations for the some of the different tiers of competitive play (Overused, Underused, Rarelyused Neverused Little Cup)
