May I ask what exactly the tyranitar you gave me outspeeds exactly? Its a great set, and I love the extra speed to KO opposing Tyranitars, but what does it hit exactly? The best I can gather is that its a bit faster than the standard skarm set. I am just wondering because from time to time I wish I had a little more bulk to take draco-meteors better, I am just wondering what all that speed is for.

oh man , i accept rates and i actually accepted some suggestions from moose v about scarf and raiku but i had to test them first, and since it was my first rmt i had no idea that i had to contentiously change it , oh most of the rates where like :
