Oh, regarding the sailor Digglet (I completely forgot about it lol), i cant do it. The issue is that in every single sprite for the sailors (Except Gen 1) the scarf is blocked by his arm. I would have to create it myself, and i am bad with that lol

Oh, Gen 3's isnt blocked either, but the angle is awkward...i cant make it look good, at all :<
