CB Outrage is good, but in such an offensive metagame like this, it is outsped and KOed by far too many pokemon. If not using outrage, it can be forced out very easily. If using Outrage, it might outspeed/KO a pokemon if it is lucky, if it is not, it will take status/powerful attack, and be locked in, therefore revenged easily.

scarftar, ebeltkeldeo, itemlessterrakion, latios anything, latias DM, itemless garchomp, ferrothorn with some Atk EVs, Hydreigon, etc.

The number of pokemon that can KO increases SO MUCH if SR gets set on the field.

scarfkeldeo, scizor, zam, gengar, nape, standard ferro, (nite applies without rocks), unboosted volcarona, specstoed, breloom, conkeldurr, jirachi (iron head doesn't even need SR), scarfLando-T, Lucario (doesn't need SR), Salamence (no rocks needed), thundy-T, nadus,

all of these outspeed and KO except specs toed (whoops)
