We're hosted on proboards so even though we have ads and junk we don't see any profit or anything from it.

Is there a specific credit page already? I can't seem to see it.

No, there isn't. At the moment we have a box that appears on every page of the forum (it's at the bottom of the left column) that lists the things we credit, but in the next month we're upgrading to Proboards v5 which allows you to create custom pages.
