Hey, I'm GMT -5 so I believe you're only an hour behind me in terms of times, which should work out really well. Generally I'm available during afternoons, but I'm able to play at just about any time so long as nothing comes up. 7-11 PM in your time zone would be 8 PM to midnight for me, so we should easily be able to get together and get this done.

I typically use IRC chats if my opponent requests me to look there for them. Otherwise I usually either don't have the time to get on or my connection has issues sometimes with it since I'm usually working on some other stuff as well. If you want me to visit IRC to try and meet up with you, then I'll go ahead and do it.
