Celever, I'm pretty sure the Tournament Director badge is for people who run the tournaments forum and approve tournaments, in other words, the tournament forum staff. I don't think you can earn it just by hosting a bunch of tournaments, which is why FireMage doesn't have it. But I'm pretty sure tournaments are what he got Community Contributor for.
I defeated Jidan last round in the YOLO Tournament. Is there a reason he advanced to the third round and I did not?
