Trapping moves weren't included because the strategy can be used to the same effect when the opponent only has one Pokemon left.

It's not really the same effect. With trapping you can be lucky and set up an endless battle while you have no way of winning. Without trapping you can only set up the endless battle when you've already won, in which case it doesn't matter who ends the match because only one player can win in the end.

moshimoshiboomboomdesu is correct. If you can reliably outheal the last Pokemon on someone's team and you also have leppa + recycle, you've already won through pp stalling and there's no reason for your opponent to not forfeit and stay for a battle they would have lost regardless of if they could struggle to death or not.

I'd also like to add that if you ban recycle + leppa + trapping and leppa + trick/switcheroo alongside the prior infinite stall bans, there shouldn't be any issues with an infinite stall even on the last Pokemon of someone's team.

The leppa + recycle ban is unnecessary and is affecting sets that don't intend to cause an infinite stall. Please reconsider the leppa + recycle ban and use more specific bans.
