You still need to denote that Squirtle is Water-type, and you haven't actually applied your natures, you just put a + and - next to them.
(Also, I'd recommend Jolly for Drilbur instead of Adamant, Excadrill already gets plenty of power from his natural rank 5 Atk, plus Sand Force. Also, the extra accuracy can help decrease the chance of Rock Slide or Drill Run missing)
