I'm pretty sure you can access irc with iPad, as I do it with my phone a lot.
Perhaps you can ask the mentors what you stated in your introduction. Maybe ask about threats, how they teambuild, etc. I'm not an OU mentor though so I'd better not try to help you with that

I'm just not certain I know what to ask the mentors, haha. I'm not very good at striking up conversation. Perhaps I'll be able to think of something sooner or later!
