Flavor's a given, but now we have user of STAB Contrary Leaf Storm/Draco Meteor, assuming like all other dragons it gets the latter move. OP? Not so fast. Beyond its laughable initial Special Attack stat, Fairy absorbs the latter move entirely (Unaware Clefable especially laughs at it)...

...Steel resists both moves (Heatran and Aegislash guffaw), it's weak to the mighty priority flying moves of Talonflame and Mega Pinsir, and its immense amount of weaknesses (the aforementioned Flying, but also Fairy, Dragon, Poison, Bug, and Quad Ice) keep it in check. Finally, it has no coverage outside Hidden Power...

...to abuse its Nasty Plotting STABs further.

Mighty in the right hands, especially if the opponent's fun enough to use Sticky Web (and Defog, if you really like accuracy), but its immense power has a variety of stops to keep it from going overboard.

Contrary Serperior isn't released. Also, no DM for Grass / Dragon Serperior, you are only allowed to add one element to each suggestion.

Gotcha gotcha in terms of release, but Dragon-type mons always, always, ALWAYS get Draco Meteor. Yes, it means two changes, but when you add a dragon type, that's part of the package. Literally every single Dragon gets it. From Goomy to Shelgon to Rayquaza.

First, Mega Ampharos doesn't get it, and second, only one addition means only one addition.
