A defensive Illusion user in general would be great, but I picked Suicune because of how much it loves the opportunity to set up a Calm Mind on a false switch, and because its typing provides fun, common resists that work well with its bulk to fish for not-very-effective hits (think Ice Beams used against a supposed Dragonite).
