Actually is it possible to push it to a slightly later time? Perhaps 7 or 8 PM?

Are you sure you're GMT -8? It's daylight savings, the Pacific is GMT-7 right now. I'm GMT -4, and 7 or 8 your time is 10-11 mine, a no go. Can you play earlier in the day? If not, Saturday@3PM (12PM your time) is also good.
