I can certainly make the Kanga a 5IV. About the Scyther while it has a higher female ratio I must admit I haven't been to lucky at getting 5IVs with females yet (they hate me X_x). How about I throw in a Protean Froakie in either a Luxury or Dive Ball?

I'm aware you have a lot of requests lately and that you also have a life so no need to apologize, I'm focusing on breeding more stuff anyway and hopefully get a better version of the Scyther I was going to trade you as soon as I find an appropriate spread (time machine method btw).
