I didn't want to clog up the Garchomp thread, so I'll be replying here. Basically, Stone Edge is a much better coverage option. Yes, the 80% accuracy sucks, but you're trading accuracy for the ability to hit a lot more Pokemon for super effective damage. Poison Jab, on the other hand, hits nothing notable other than Fairy-types that are otherwise covered by Garchomp's existing moves.
