Unfortunately I think ranger Mike is correct here. Spheal is much better. #Sphealwiththat like Mewtwo did on April 1st

-seel has superior attack, defense, special defense, and speed (they tie in HP)
-seel gets a bunch of priority moves
-seel has 2 weaknesses/4 resistances; spheal has 4 weaknesses/2 resistances, not to mention SR weakness
-seel can pull off LO attacking, Hydrarest, perish trapping, not to mention it even outdoes Spheal at Ice Body stalling, spheal's only good set
conclusion: seel is gud
