It's usually just max HP max special defense Calm nature. Moves are personal preferance but most of the time I just see Wish/Protect/Heal Bell/Moonblast. You can choose to be more offensive and try to fit CM on there though.

Welll IV spread is always going to be 31 on every stat except Attack obviously because it doesn't need it. EV spread is 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe Bold nature.
