This sounds like a breeding project, which I excluded, I don't think I can catch one like that in 4th or 5th gen.

That, and seeing that Defog can not be transferred from 4th to 5th gen, due to the Poké Transfer not allowing HM moves.

It doesnot allow gen 5 Hms Defog will go thru

Pokémon are not allowed to have held items, or know any HM moves. And since I can only teach Bagon Defog in DPPt, that wouldn't work. Also, Naive hexflawless is impossible in gen 4.
