A. In the UK it's murder, manslaughter and infanticide. Straight from the law commission justice and parliament homicide is still used overseas (from me, ie you guys!) but it is blanketed since it was only laid out.

1. In the UK its either muder, manslaughter or infanticide. No homicide in our law. ;)
2. And it wouldn't depend on the case- we have a very rigid case law system.
