hm... it's hard to say, since it appears that the original uploader on Pokécheck no longer has it public or the original upload was deleted. I can't say for sure either way, but if anything else comes to light, I will let you know.

Not necessarily. I searched Pokécheck with that PID and my results were inconclusive.

Well there's nothing else to look into, unless I can find out who uploaded the first non-public one, and then see if they hack.
