It's the spread. I need it to be Timid and with HP Ice. Really don't care if it's shiny or not.

It was built for Mewtwo Y. It was RNGed in Gen 4.

It doesn't have any tutor moves. The spread is Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, and Psystrike. It also has Pokerus.

I have an Event Deoxys with Fire Punch, Spikes, Magic Coat, and Stealth Rock. Will that work? It too was RNGed.
