Ok. I'd like the Raikou, Kyogre, Groudon, Shiny Entei, & HP Fire Latios for the three mega stones + 2 leftovers

That works, though Latios is actually a Shiny now, and which Raikou? I think I still have a leftover non-shiny Raikou but it's the bulky calm mind set.

I'd prefer one with HP Ice if possible, otherwise just 5IV. Also, I would strongly prefer no nicknames on any of them, although I realize you may not be able to change some

Raikou has HP Ice. All of my Pokemon have a nickname though.
