I use this too. Maybe I need to update my version. So you view it as a spreadsheet or just regularly dump it?

Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
You can set it to either display everything or display only what you want to see. It's a very useful program I found and it's updated regularly. :)
