Why you hating on Seismitoad, Exploud, and Venomoth hater o.o They are all fine lol. Thund-T almost entirely outclassed, missing out on 10 points of Speed and Prankster isn't worth the power increase. Also fwiw Dekzeh won with Tangrowth and Ben lost with Thund-T. Heaps of things are going to move down soon so lower rank comparisons aren't all that legitimate.

because those mons I have used and they did not give me nearly as much success as Thundy-T has. And it's not outclassed by Thundurus in the roles I described. It's only outclassed as a non-setup Pokemon.

idk man, I'd rather use NP Thundurus than NP Thundurus-T so I don't have to worry about being revenged by the likes of Garchomp, Lati@s, Gengar, Keldeo, Terrakion, even Infernape. Agility is obviously better than regular Thundurus's Agility, but I mean, I'd rather use Exploud on TR or Seismitoad in rain than Thundurus-T on whatever offense it can fit on.

Ok but Nasty Plot Thundy is different than Double Dance Thundy-T (which is a stall breaker, NP Thundy is a sweeper). If it has to worry about being revenged by offense then it doesn't go for NP, it goes for Agility.

Seismitoad has never been great on the rain team I built with it but I'm not the best with rain so I can concede that it could be better than I give it credit for. TR is super gimmicky tho and you have to dedicate a whole team to it, whereas Thundurus-T just works as any other sweeper would.

Pair it with things that break down what it can beat (I used sub endeavor Keldeo on mine to beat mega venu/lati@s as well as lure out thundy for thundy-t to set up on).

idk if you've changed my mind or not, i mean, i obviously had a preconceived bias since you opened by saying that several Pokemon that are actually quite cool were shit, but I still find it hard to see a complete niche for it. What rank are you proposing it for?

first of all i lost cuz of hax i could not recover from. Secondly, what thundy-t has over i is power. Double dance is the only set i think is worth using because it lets u have ways of breaking down your opponents team depending on what kind of team they have. Things that differentiate it

from thundy-i is the ability to ohko aegislash after +2, muscle past chansey, ferrothorn, heatran, quagsire, and the list goes on. HP fly still ohkos things like garchomp so its not a big deal. Definitely needs support though but i wouldn't say its unviable .-.

Be that as it may, it still has a niche, so i wouldn't say it is outclassed. You will see alot of mega aerodactyl's for example in tourney play bcs it has strong niche in its typing, coverage, speed, and power. Yet, it's labeled as B-

mon in the viability ranks. It obviously has its downsides but if you can't look beyond them and see its good points then i would attribute that with as a sign of ignorance. So I would implore you to try it out and see how it plays out before forming these baseless assumptions about it :0.
