There's a list compiled by one of the users on the WiFi forum for all the TSVs on Smogon, and reddit as a SVX thing with a lot of values, too.

Also, to increase the odds, I always hatch 5 eggs at once, and randomly give out the other 4 that don't get hatched.

How do you mass breed these flawless Pokemon? Even with a 6 IV Ditto and a 4+ IV parent, it takes me awhile to breed just one thing.
