Yeah, it can be but I haven't bred one there. I bred it in XY. Breeding is pretty easy now, there's no RNG but parents in XY pass 5 IVs now so it's not too difficult. ORAS= Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the Hoenn remakes. They will most likely have the tutors so if you're not in a rush to get your quag on I could give it to you now and it could be tutored when those games come out.
And yes, total noob to this place now. I dropped out when everybody started figuring out how to breed straight 31 pokemon legitimately. Stopped being fun.
